Yes, ID proof of Owner/Properiter of the Applicant/Firm is compulsory. If the Owner/Properiter registers through their Adhaar/Bhamashah Number, BRN will be issued automatically and if other ID proofs like PAN Card, Ration Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Pass Port is used, BRN will be issued after processing.
